Documents you upload are stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Documents are stored for as long as your account is active. You may delete documents at any time from your dashboard.

EasyDocSign signatures are legally binding under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Each signed document includes an audit trail with timestamps, IP addresses, and signer email verification.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request. Audit trails for signed documents may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations.
