These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EasyDocSign ("Service"), operated by EasyDocSign ("we", "us", or "our") at easydocsign.net. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
EasyDocSign is an electronic signature platform that allows users to upload documents, place signature fields, and send documents to others for electronic signature. Signed documents include an audit trail and are legally binding under applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using EasyDocSign, you represent that you meet these requirements.

EasyDocSign offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription at $9/month. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Electronic signatures created through EasyDocSign are intended to be legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA. However, we make no guarantee that signatures will be legally enforceable in every jurisdiction or for every document type. You are responsible for ensuring that electronic signatures are appropriate and valid for your specific use case. Certain documents — such as wills, trusts, and some real estate transactions — may require wet ink signatures.
You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading a document, you grant EasyDocSign a limited license to store, process, and transmit the document solely to provide the Service. We will not access your documents except as necessary to operate the Service or as required by law.
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that any transmission of data over the internet carries inherent risk.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyDocSign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyDocSign from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon.
